Please choose your items appropriately as we do not give refunds for change of mind.

We do everything we can to insure that your crystals arrive safely, however if your order arrives damaged, please email us moonaurahealing@gmail.com telling us how it arrived and attached photos. 

Please double check that you have entered your postal details correctly, if you have entered your postal address incorrectly please contact us immediately so we can post your parcel to the correct address. Moon Aura Healing is not responsible for any incorrect addresses that are entered. 

If your parcel is redirected back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will be notified via email once it has been delivered back to us. You will be required to pay the postage fee to repost your parcel.


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS 
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packed and sent via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary allow up to at least 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been posted. 

Regular Postage - $10.00
Metropolitan 3-6 Days, Rural 5-14 Days
Express Postage – $15.00
Metropolitan 1-3 Days, Rural 4-6 Days
