PALO SANTO
(Bursera graveolens)

In Spanish means “Holy Wood”. Traditionally used by Sharmans, Healers and Elders in rituals.  It is said to clear negative energies and bring positive energies forward.
Many people find the aroma of the wood very soothing, so it can aide in stress- relief.
Said to relieve headaches, relieve the common cold and reduce any inflammation.
